I’ve been remiss in not publishing. I have a good excuse though. A few notes from doctors, and this little snapshot from an x-ray unit in a Panamanian hospital.

Four weeks ago, I fell right on my left shoulder. Hard. As in, I heard a crack sound and knew it wasn’t good.

Three weeks of Tramadol, and then weening myself off same, meant writing went on…
